Anyone see any good movies recently?
I have seen "East of Havana" and "Children of Men".
I also watched "Inland Empire" which i'm still trying to wrap my mind around.

Saw CRANK recently. It's about a hit man named Chev Chelios (Jason Stathom) is given one hour to live after he falls prey to enemy hands. While he's dying... he has to find his enemies to settle a score, say good-bye to his adoringly sweet and yet total flake of a girlfriend (Amy Smart), and come up with a way to go out of his world... and he does it ALL with some classic hardcore action from beginning to finish.

This movie is rated R and contains: Strong Violence, Raunchy Language, Sexuality, Nudity and Drug Use. Women who are not comfortable with themselves or are even a teeny bit jealous if their guys are looking at any other women besides themselves... it is quite possible that THOSE women may not enjoy this flick.

Enjoy your show!!

Saw Reign Over Me recently, starring Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle. It’s a good movie about renewing friendships and overcoming loss, but the plot is weak and it’s hard to really accept Sandler’s character.

It's not a new movie, but "Dandelion" is a kick butt Indie film with a lot of aesthetic visuals and dramatic twists.

I found The Prestige brilliant, also. It's a bit long, but the plot's great, and everyone appreciates Hugh Jackman and Scarlett Johansson right?

Just saw Breach. I would rank it a 6.5 out of 10.

I sometimes struggle with over hyped indie films (i.e. Garden State), but Little Miss Sunshine was great. However, I am on a bit of a Steve Carell kick right now and he really can do no wrong.
