I love this Brazilian chocolate candy recipe! It's nice for the summer because you don't have to heat up the kitchen with the oven. It's also Great for kids to get all involved...with goopy, sticky, chocolaty hands...they'll love the candy and all the fun making it!

Brigadeiros:

Pour one can of sweetened condensed milk into a saucepan.
Add enough cocoa to make it as chocolaty as you like.
(I like mine dark.)
Mix together over low heat until it becomes sticky enough to roll in a ball.
Cool.
Roll 1 inch balls on chocolate sprinkles(my favorite) and other kinds of colorful sprinkles to cover the candy and make it less sticky.
Place on wax paper, plate or cookie sheet.
Eat! Yum, yum, yum!!
