This is not my job. It is my 20 year vocation. I see my clients in the grocery stores, and I want smiles and hugs!

I would rather lose a sale than have any unknown in a sale. My inspectors know this and sugarcoat nothing. I will always tell you the truth. You will know any negatives I know regarding location, resale, etc. before I tell you the positive. I don’t like surprises. My goal is to get you the best price at the best terms conceivable. (Pardon me, but being a middle child, I am quite the negotiator!) Buying a home should be an exciting project. It’s the greatest scavenger hunt of your life! Anyone looking for a home in our area, in your price range will be sure to see your home, in color, with interior pictures and the most flattering description feasible! We will decide together the pricing of your home. I will give you pointers on any helpful changes that may make your house more appealing. Showings will be made to your specifications and feedback on your showing is usually given to you within 24 hours.
